Unrestrained
These joints are unrestrained against pressure thrust and are for the use in correctly anchored and guided straight line systems.

 
 

AXIAL EXPANSION JOINTS
25mm to 4.5 metres N.B.
Pressure Ranges up to 16 kg/cm²
(Special Units for higher pressures)

These are the simplest form manufactured from Single and multi-ply elements and fitted with either flanges   or pipe ends connections. These units are suitable for axial movements only, though in certain cases will take care of small lateral offset.

 
 
 
 

TWIN EXPANSION JOINTS
Sizes 25mm to 4.5 metre N.B.
Pressure Ranges up to 25 kg/cm² & above

Two bellows elements are joined together by a Centre tube and fitted with either pipe ends or Flanges.     The assembly is capable of both axial and Lateral movements but because of centre tube Instability is  limited to low pressure applications.
