TWIN TIED EXPANSION JOINTS
2 Tie Bars
Sizes 25 mm to 4.5 metre N. B.
Pressure Ranges up to 10 Kg/cm2 & above

These units consist of two bellows joined by a center tube, 2 tie bars at 180 contain the pressure loads and are supported by flanges or lugs. Lateral movements in any plane can be accommodated in addition to small angular movement.

TWIN TIED EXPANSION JOINTS
3 Tie Bars
Sizes 25 mm to 4.5 metre N. B.
Pressure Ranges up to 10kg/cm2 (Special units for higher pressures)

Similar to the previous unit but having 3 tie bars at 120 capable of lateral movements in any plane, Pipe ends or flanges can be fitted.

HINGED EXPANSION JOINTS
Sizes 80mm – 3 metre N. B. (Larger sizes can be supplied)
Pressure Ranges up to 40 Kg/cm

Generally installed in multiples to two or three. These joints are designed for angular movements in one plane only. A hinged mechanism contains the pressure loads and ties back to an integral flange or box restraint lug. Limit stops control the degree of angular movement. These units can be fitted with either pipe ends or flanges, can be supplied with tow hinged system also.

GIMBAL EXPANSION JOINTS
Sizes 80mm – 3 metre N. B. (larger sizes can be supplied)
Pressure Ranges up to 40 Kg/cm

A Gimbal Ring arrangement allows for angular movements in any plane. These units are usually installed in pairs

or with a hinged unit which can accommodate large complex lateral movements at high pressures. Limit stops control degree of angulation. End Connections – flanges or pipes.

TWIN HINGED EXPANSION JOINTS
Sizes 80 mm – 3 metre N. B. (Larger sizes can be supplied)
Pressure Ranges up to 40 kg/cm

Two hinged joints are joined together by a center tube, allowing large lateral movements at high pressure and can be fitted with pipe ends of flanges. Limit stops control the degree of movement.

PRESSURE BALANCED EXPANSION JOINTS
Sizes, types & pressure ranges to suit specific applications.

Pressure Balanced Bellows are used in piping systems where pressure loads are critical, and where complex axial and lateral movements are involved when space in limited. Using a pressurized bellows outside the system to counteract forces generated by bellows inside the system, large axial and lateral movements can be absorbed.

RECTANGULAR / SQUARE EXPANSION JOINTS
Can be supplied in a wide size range.

These Bellows have special application in Cement Industries.
